I was shopping in Abilene Texas today for some of my gluten free foods
items that I use at home. While I was just browsing in the frozen food
selections I found your gluten free pizza. I was not familiar with your
brand and was shocked to find a sausage and pepperoni pizza that was gluten
free. I decided to buy one and try it and I have to say it was the best
gluten free pizza I have had, and better than many frozen regular pizzas I
had before having to go gluten free. I will be going back to the Drug
Emporium, the store I bought it at, this weekend to buy more of them. Thank
you for giving pizza back to me, I often tell my husband that I miss good
pizza more than any other non gluten free foods.
Thanks again,
Darla Good
Big cities often get big play when it comes to gluten-free finds and innovations. But recently I’ve heard of a new smaller, businesses which offer great gluten-free food options outside of our busiest metropolitan area - Minneapolis-St. Paul. What’s convenient is the fact that this business is on the way “Up North” for the summer cabin season. So pack up the boat this summer, head up Highways 10 and grab some gluten-free food on the way.
Gluten-Free Pizza in Royalton, Minnesota
Yes Royalton! ( I can say that because I grew up 10 miles away). It is a small town on Highway 10 sandwiched between St. Cloud and Little Falls. To be honest, after managing a gluten-free lifestyle for my daughter for nearly nine years, I never would have expected cutting-edge gluten-free pizzas to be made right here in central Minnesota. But they are and I am glad.
Gourmet Parlor Pizza, along Highway 10, has organic and gluten-free pizzas available for you to pick up and bake at home. They also can ship their products. The toppings are all traditional. They include Cheese, Sausage, Pepperoni, and Sausage and Pepperoni. The pizzas all sell for around nine dollars and are well forth the price since a gluten-free crust usually sells for $8.99 by itself.
My brother LOVED them! My nephew, who can usually tell when something’s gluten-free had no idea the Gourmet Parlor’s pizza he was eating was gluten-free. I liked it as well. The one I tried was pepperoni (and ask anyone in my family, I don’t eat pepperoni, I’ve been picking it off since I was 5). So in this case, I went about my normal routine, picking off the pepperoni, then baking it. I thought the cheese version I was eating was very good. The crust is thin, but not too thin. It’s not as thick as a “home style” you’ll find at restaurants either. It was crunchy and had a great flavor to it.
Gourmet parlor Pizza also has full shipping cababilities available for their customers. For six (6) 12-inch pizzas the total cost is $75.83 (about the size of a regular-sized frozen pizza). But the cost does include packing the pizzas in dry ice and a cooler and shipping them. Check out their web site for more information regarding their Gluten-Free and Organic products. Go to www.gourmetparlorpizza.net and enjoy, enjoy, ENJOY!.

Rolling Thunder Appraisal
Hello, I recently enjoyed one of your pizzas at a local bar. What a
surprise, that was the BEST frozen pizza I have ever had. I would like to order
a case if that is possible? I am not a vendor/distributor, nor am I looking to
become one, I am just a lover of a good pizza, and would like to purchase some
from you.
Thank You!
